⚙ Cogs Overview ⚙

Every purchase you make through Steamworks Café is eligible for earning loyalty points, or Cogs. As long as you have an account with us and have opted-in, you will earn Cogs on every purchase made in-person or via our main webstore. We are working on enabling earning functionality across all of our channels, but redemption will always be limited to in-person or web store.

Earning and Spending

• Earning Cogs:
  • On every eligible $1 (USD) spent, you will earn ⚙1 (Cog).
  • Eligible Purchases: Items typically eligible for earning Cogs include:
    • Retail goods.
    • Food and drink.
  • Ineligible Purchases: The following items do not earn Cogs even if part of an eligible transaction:
    • Memberships.
    • Shipping and Handling.
    • Applicable Taxes and Fees.
    • Gift-card purchases*.
    • Charitable donations.
• Spending Cogs:
  • Only one reward may be chosen per transaction.
    • Unless otherwise stated, Cogs may be redeemed for the discounts on the following list and is subject to change:
      • ⚙10 = $1.00
      • ⚙25 = $2.50
      • ⚙50 = $5.00
      • ⚙100 = $10.00
      • ⚙200 = $20
      • ⚙250 = 10%
      • ⚙500 = 20%
    • Discounts apply to the sub-total of the transaction.
  • Ineligible Purchases: The following items may not be discounted by the redemption of Cogs. Repeated attempts might result in forfeiture of points used.
    • Event bookings including applicable fees.
    • Return shipping costs.

Cogs and Refunds
