Great Location
One of the absolute worst parts of visiting Grand Marais is trying to find a parking spot within walking distance of anywhere you want to go. Not a problem when you stay here. You’ll only be a 5-10 minute walk to any major site. In fact, you can start off every day with a delicious meal at another great Grand Marais staple, The Fisherman’s Daughter, only a block away. Even if you decide to come right back up the steep hill instead of going to check out the beach and shops, it’s well worth it!
Not to mention you get a killer view of the lake to watch sunrises and/or sunsets from the property or even your room depending on which one you stay in. Our personal favorite is their Nighthawk room.
